. The valve clearance is too small or there is no valve clearance The possible causes and solutions are as follows. Worn valve seat or valve face. The cylinder head needs to be repaired and the valve clearance adjusted.

Early engine wear The possible causes and solutions are as follows.
(1) There is dirt in the lubricating oil. Drain the dirty lubricating oil. Install a new oil filter element.
Add clean oil to the engine.

(2) Air inlet leaks. Check all gaskets and joints, and repair any leaks found.
(3) Fuel leaks into lubricating oil. This situation results in high fuel consumption and reduced engine
oil pressure. If leaks are found, repair them. Install new parts if necessary.
