   a. Thoroughly clean the oil pump before removing the regulator.

① Spread a rubber mat on the workbench to prevent components from being bruised.

  ② Use detergent to remove dust, rust, etc. on the surface of the regulator. 

 ③ Remove the screws (412, 413) and remove the regulator, paying attention at the same time. shaped sealing ring, as shown in Figure 4-129.

  ④ Remove the screws (438) and remove the cover (629), which is equipped with the adjusting screws (628, 925) and the adjusting ring. (627), locking nut (630), screw (801) and adjusting screw (924) (do not loosen these screws and nuts), as shown in Figure 4-130. 

 ⑤After removing the cover (629) assembly, take out the outer spring (625), inner spring (626) and spring seat (624) from the compensation part, and then pull out the adjustment ring (645) and servo hydraulic spring (646) from the servo hydraulic part. ) and spring seat (644). ⑥ Remove the screws (436, 438) and remove the servo hydraulic cover. After removing the servo hydraulic cover, take out the adjusting spring (655) from the servo hydraulic part, as shown in Figure 4-132.

⑦ Remove the snap ring (814), and take out the outer spring seat (653), rebound spring (654) and sleeve (651). As shown in Figure 4-133, the sleeve (651) is equipped with a snap ring (836) .  

⑧ Remove the snap ring (858), and take out the outer strut plug (614) and adjustment plug (615). The strut plug (614) and adjustment plug (615) can be removed with an M6 screw, as shown in Figure 4-134

  

      9Remove lever (613) without pulling pin (875) out. Use long needle-nosed pliers to facilitate operation, as shown in Figure 4-135.

  ⑩ Use a thin steel rod to push out the pin (874) (diameter 4mm) so that it does not block the rod (612), as shown in Figure 4-136. 

 ⑪ Remove the feedback rod (611) and record the direction of the rod, as shown in Figure 4-137. 12 Remove the feedback rod (612) without pulling out the pin (875). 5 3 Pull out the servo hydraulic piston (643) and the spool (652). ⑩Pull out the piston box (622) and compensation piston (621) and compensation rod (623).
