This article mainly introduces how to deal with the problem that the oil-water separator alarm keeps popping up after the DX215-9C Doosan Construction Machinery model is powered on, the engine accelerates normally, and the buzzer keeps sounding.
Inspection Method:
1) Check that the oil-water separator filter element is not clogged, and the fault persists after draining
the water;
2) The fault will disappear intermittently due to vibration during driving;
3) Check the voltage of the water level sensor and find that when there is a fault, the sensor S terminal
0.85YB line has always been an abnormal ground signal. This terminal should be 3.0-3.8V when there
is no water;
4) The fault persists after unplugging the sensor plug, so it is judged that the alarm should be caused by a circuit fault.
Repair results: After removing the rear cover of the cab, it was found that there was obvious
interference and wear between the EPOS wire harness and the EPOS bracket, which caused the CN1-38
terminal to be broken and ironed. The fault disappeared after the wire harness was re-bandaged.
