1. There is noise in the engine valve group (small static interference sound) The possible causes and solutions are as follows.

 (1) The valve spring or valve lock is broken. Install new parts if necessary. A broken valve lock could allow the valve to slide down into the cylinder, thereby damaging the cylinder.

 (2) Loosen the rocker shaft bracket bolts. Tighten the bolts so that the tightening torque is (15±5) N.m.

 (3) The valve clearance is too large. Adjust the valve clearance. (4) Insufficient lubrication. Check the lubrication of the valve chamber. At high engine speeds, the oil flow should be large; at low engine speeds, the oil flow should be small. The oil passage must be clean, especially the oil passage that sends the oil to the cylinder head.

 2. The possible causes of oil in the cooling system and the troubleshooting methods are as follows.

 (1) The core of the engine oil cooler is damaged. Install the new movement in the oil cooler.

  (2) Cylinder gasket failure. Install a new head gasket.

 (3) The water pump bleeding hole is blocked or the oil seal of the water pump is damaged. Clear the blockage in the water pump weep hole. Replace the oil seal.
