Removing steps

1. Apply tool (A) with clean grease to prevent any debris from entering the engine. Using tool (A), drill three equiometric holes in the rear crankshaft oil seal (4).
2. Carefully use the tool (B) to remove the rear crankshaft oil seal (4) from the flywheel case (1). Take the location of the tool (B) from

3. Apply tool (A) with clean grease to prevent any debris from entering the engine. Using tool (A), drill two equiometric holes in the winding bearing liner (3).
4. Carefully use the tool (B) to remove the winding bearing grinding bush (3) from the crankshaft (2). Rotate the position of the tool (B) from one hole to another. The position of the rotation tool (B) can remove the winding bearing grinding bush more easily from the crankshaft.
5. Use the tools (C) to collect any chips on the flywheel case or crankshaft assembly.

1. Ensure that the crankshaft flange and flywheel housing are internally clean without oil and damage.

2. The crankshaft rear oil seal (4) and the winding bearing grinding bush (3) are provided as the crankshaft rear oil seal assembly (5), and should not be installed separately.
Note: Do not remove the rear oil seal of the crankshaft from the winding bearing grinding liner.
3. Use the tools (D) and follow step 3. A to 3. F, to install the rear crankshaft oil seal assembly (5).
a. Position the adapter of the tool (D) to the crankshaft handle and bolt it.
b . Position the new rear crankshaft oil seal assembly (5) to the rear crankshaft, above the adapter.
c. Align the oil seal mounting tool of the tool (D) with the crankshaft.
Note: Check that the installation tool of the tool (D) is parallel to the adapter.
d. Install the nuts and washer on the positioning tool.
e . Tighten the nuts until the mounting tool drops to the adapter lowest point to install the rear crankshaft oil seal assembly (5) into the flywheel housing (1), crankshaft (2).
f. Remove the tool (D).
