  • You can monitor the current status of equipment installed with Controller (EPOS or VCU).
    Graph Output:The major excavator/Wheel Loader sensor data will be displayed ina graph format. The data can be saved in the hard disk. You can check theexcavator/Wheel Loader’s performance through data comparison and analysis.
    Force Operation:You can use vehicle diagnosis by forcing Controller (EPOS or VCU) outputs.
    Diagnosis: You can check the real-time and past malfunction history maintained by Controller (EPOS or VCU).
    History Data:You can analyze the work patterns when using an excavator/Wheel Loader, by checking the operation hours, filter/oil information, and daily operation information.
1. Core Functional Modules
A: Real-time Monitoring and Data Visualization Multi-parameter Monitoring: By  connecting to the device controller (such as EPOS or VCU), key parameters such as engine speed, hydraulic pressure, oil temperature, fuel consumption rate, etc. are displayed in real time to help users quickly understand the device operation status34. Graphical Data Output: Supports displaying sensor data in the form of dynamic curves and allows saving to the local hard disk, which is convenient for subsequent comparison and analysis of device performance trends.
B: Fault Diagnosis and History Recording Fault Code Management: Reads real-time and historical fault codes (DTC) recorded by the controller, provides fault explanations and maintenance suggestions, and covers common problems such as SCR system and DPF blockage34. Fault Event Tracing: Records fault information throughout the life cycle of the equipment, including occurrence time, frequency and related operating parameters, to assist in locating the root cause of the fault
C: Forced Operation and Parameter Debugging Output Forced Control: Directly activate or disable controller outputs (such as hydraulic valves, solenoid valves) through software for actuator function testing or circuit troubleshooting3. Parameter calibration: supports adjustment of parameters such as sensor offset and throttle curve to optimize equipment performance.

D: Historical data analysis and maintenance plan Operation statistics: records daily working hours, fuel consumption, filter replacement cycle and other data, generates maintenance reminders and formulates maintenance plans3.
